Meet Roger Bouchard

For over two decades, I have dedicated my professional life to the pursuit of justice within the courtrooms of Hamilton, Clermont, and Warren Counties. Today, I am honored to run for Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge—a role I approach with profound respect for the law and a lifelong commitment to the community that raised me.

As a solo practitioner and former Magistrate, I understand that a judge’s bench is not just a seat of authority, but a place of service. My experience has taught me that true justice requires a steady hand, an impartial mind, and the wisdom to balance firm accountability with human compassion.

My perspective is shaped by deep local roots. Educated at St. Xavier High School, Xavier University, and Capital University Law School, I am a product of the values our community holds dear.

With 23 years of legal practice, I bring the seasoned judgment necessary to help lead a courtroom that is efficient, transparent, and principled. Our courts should reflect the best of us, and I am running to ensure the law is applied with integrity and that every citizen can trust the quality of justice.
